All you do is pull up the form and print it out, fill in a few simple questions and
ship your unit to us for repairs. We suggest you ship via U.S. Postal, but you
can ship via whatever carrier you choose. After we recieve your unit we will
prepare and estimate and contact you for approval. Once approval is recieved,
your unit should be complete within 48 hours and shipped back to you.
