FAQ on shipping

What is your cut off time?
Our shipping department cut off for same day shipment of orders is 3pm CST for air
shipments and
Noon for ground orders.

What carriers do you use?
We use UPS  and USPS for packages up to 100lbs. For items over 100lbs we use
OTR carriers

Can I track my package?
UPS allows for real time online tracking of packages, and tracking numbers are
provided on all orders. Currently USPS does not allow for real time tracking of
packages shipped through their system.

What if my package is damaged in shipment?
If you have a damaged package, notify the carrier immediately. You must file a claim in
order to get reimbursed for the item. Once you have filed a claim with the carrier,
contact our shipping department for a replacement shipment.

What about lost packages?
Most packages that are lost in shipment generally are discovered and re-routed,
causing no more than a 1-2 day delay  If you suspect that a package is lost, please
contact us so we may start a trace.

Can a package be left at my door step?
We can do this at the customers request, but be advised that if the package comes up
missing, you are responsible for the lost or stolen item.
