| OUR STAFF |
Billy Williams (bwilliams@dieselcare.net) is owner of Diesel Care and Performance and handles
the day to day sales operations. He has been in the fuel injection business for over twenty years,
serving as parts manager for Test Calibration Co in Mobile, AL and also as general manager for
Mid-South Diesel Service in Memphis TN. He has also worked for Flag North America as a
territory sales manager. He started Diesel Care and Performance in the Summer of 2004. He is
active in Boy Scouts of America and Southern Grace Youth Camp (see
www.Southerngraceyouthcamp.com). When not working at Diesel Care, he enjoys playing guitar,
camping with his family and cruising around east TN on his motorcycle. Amy Williams
(Amy@dieselcare.net) also works at Diesel Care and Performance Inc. Amy works in the
accounting department, and handles core administration for DC & P. Amy work with the local Girl
Scouts as a troop leader, and is active in our local community parks program, helping recently to
secure handicap accessible playground equipment for our local park. When not working at Diesel
Care, she enjoys making pottery and working in her ever growing garden. Amy and Billy have
been married for 19 years. Both are active in their local church (See www.Agapebaptistonline.com)

Steve Horton is our branch manager. Steve has been involved in the fuel injection
business for many years, working for both Truckpro Inc.and Taylor Diesel Service, before
joining Diesel Care Inc.
Steve brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization, as well as an in depth
understanding of the local diesel market. He has worked with many local diesel accounts,
and his level of commitment to his customers makes him a welcome addition to our
company.

Bob Anderson comes to Diesel Care bringing a wealth of experience from 40 years in the
diesel industry. Bob's has been involved with several large companies within the diesel
business, including Bacharach, Prodiesel and Ambac during his career, and brings that
knowledge to Diesel Care today. We value his service to our industry and look forward to
having him be a part of our future growth. Originally from Pittsburgh, Bob now makes his home
in northern Mississippi. When not at work, Bob enjoys playing golf and participating in the local

Laura Morris is our office manager. She handles order processing and
tracking, as well as questions concerning order status. Laura recently
moved from Indiana and makes her home in Bartlett, TN. You can reach

Randall Stevens is accounting manager for Diesel Care, and also
helped start the company. Randy is originally from Bangor, Maine and
makes his home in Lakeland, TN with his wife Rita, who is from
Zihuatanejo, Mexico. Randy comes from the banking industry with a strong
accounting background. When not working with DC & P, Randy enjoys

FUEL & TURBO SHOP
Brandon Morris is the shop foreman on our staff. Brandon comes
to us with several years experience including Robert Bosch and
CUMMINS training, and has brought a lot of fresh ideas to the
company. Brandon was instrumental in the set up of our new
operation and drive in center in East Memphis. Brandon is an avid
racing fan, and even owns his own race car. Brandon lives in
Bartlett with his wife and daughters.

Zach WIlliams is a part time employee of Diesel Care and

to, or playing extremely loud music. On Sundays you can find him
playing drums at his Church. He is a very accomplished drummer
and will one day fund his parents retirement through his musical

Robert Childs has worked for us for going on a year. He
works in our DS pump production and also work our turbo
lines. While never having worked in a fuel shop before,
he has masters the products that we have given him, and
he looks forward to the new products that lie ahead.

John Smith is one of our drive in technicians and our
resident heavy duty specialist. As you can see he is
comfortable working on anything from a Dodge diesel to a
John Deere skidder. John also has a real passion for
motorcycles and ride every chance he can. John has
worked in the diesel industry for a number of years and
has knowledge on most all diesel applications.

Garrett Moore is our newest technician. He is currently training on
rotary style pumps and has the making's of a fine technician. We

We would like to welcome Sam Rivera to our staff effective August 1st.
Sam comes to us after having worked with Tiger Equipment over the
last year. Prior to that he was manager at Mid-South Diesel Service.
Sam has also worked at fuel shops in Phoenix, AZ and Mobile, AL. Sam
is Certified technician thru Bosch, Cummins, ADS, Ford Diesel 7.3L
College Graduate 2 yr (Associate Degree) Sam makes his home in
Marion, AR and is married with three children. When not busy working
for Diesel Care and Performance, he is very involved with the Men’s
Ministry at church and enjoy hunting and fishing and love Alabama
